Led a field team to measure and verify exsiting building conditions. Worked closely with the client on design developement and Revit modeling starting with schematic design up to and including construction documents. Specified laboratory equipment to meet the needs of the client, verified building code compliance, and worked closely with consulting MEP Engineers to deliver a full set of bid documents to the client.
